No. Our items are **inspired by iconic designs** but are not official merchandise, licensed products, or endorsed by any brands.

2. Can I return or exchange my order?
No. All products are custom-made and not eligible for return or exchange. Please see our Terms for the rare exceptions.

3. How long does shipping take?
Production and shipping usually take **around 14 business days**, depending on the product type, destination, and courier logistics.

4. Can I change an order after I place it?
Only if the production hasn’t started yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Will the product look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but since each piece is handcrafted or custom-built, **minor variations** are normal and part of the uniqueness.

6. Can I choose the size?
Yes. Shoe sizes are listed in **EU sizing format** (European standard).
