5. Shipping & Delivery

Each product has variable production times. Indicative delivery times are approximately 14 business days, but may vary depending on product type, destination country, and third-party logistics services. Deliveries may be delayed due to external factors (couriers, customs, holidays) without entitling the customer to cancellation, refund, or any form of compensation.

6. Limited Liability

Seraphis LLC FZ shall not be held liable for indirect damages, improper use of the product, third-party delays, or subjective expectations. Products are provided “as is.”

7. Returns and Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products, which includes all items on this Site.

7.2

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances, except in the rare case of a proven, serious manufacturing defect reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. The company reserves the right to determine the validity of any claim. After this period, any request will be automatically and irrevocably declined.

These conditions are binding even for orders placed via smartphone or express checkout.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Dubai.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version published at the time of the order is the one applicable.

In the event of third-party claims, the customer agrees to fully hold Seraphis LLC FZ harmless from any civil, commercial, or criminal liability, acknowledging full awareness of the nature of the products offered.
